AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Once your order has been place we will start to lovingly make up your order. Please note that each candle and diffuser is made to order which takes 1-2 business days to perfect. We make each candle made to order so that we can guarantee that each fragrance is as fresh as possible and smells amazing and ensure your Candles are set to perfection.

We aim to ship your items to you within 1-3 business days from completion of your order.  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia.

* Please note that some Jars may not be available in Immediate stock and may need to be ordered in from our supplier depending on other recent orders. If this is the case Jema luxe will notify you within 24 hours and advise of an ETA on the Jar. 

 

REGULAR POSTAGE:

Jema Luxe offers free regular shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia.

For orders under $100 we charge a Flat Rate of $10 per order up to 5kg. 

For orders between 5-20kg's we charge a flat rate of $20. 

 We send all orders parcels via Courier service Interparcel (Couriers Please, Star Track & Fastway Couriers) 
Regular shipping arrives within 2-4 business days for Metropolitan Areas from when your order has been dispatched. 
If you live outside of these areas, your order may take up to 4-10 days to get to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Jema luxe can arrange shipping of your items Internationally however shipping charges will be based on weigh to your specified country. 

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia. 
All orders are shipped via Australia Post International Network or International courier. 

Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to reach you after your order has been dispatched from our head office.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has dispatched.
We are not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit due to the fault of Australia Post - We will endeavour to trace your parcel on your behalf . 

Jemaluxe has no responsibility for another country's taxes or duties which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. If you are unsure about your countries tax or duties policy, we recommend contacting your local authorities for further information.

 

 

RETURNS

 

As product information is clearly described in each listing, we do not offer a refund due to change of mind. 

We pride ourselves on delivering you with the best quality products and time and care is taken with producing your products and packaging them for postage. 
Each item is inspected thoroughly before leaving our HQ and are marked clearly with  'Fragile' before posting. 
If you do for some reason receive a faulty item please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your items by emailing jemaluxe@hotmail.com
 with your name, address, order number and details of the fault including a photo. (your order number can be found at the top of your invoice). 

We will then carefully inspect the item and if we believe that the item is faulty, will proceed with either a replacement. 
We do not refund the cost of return postage. 

As all ordered are handled by a third party shipping company, we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us (we recommend sending via Australia Post with a tracking number & keeping hold of that tracking number until the item has arrived back to us). 

Returned items must be completed within 7 days of receiving your item.
